Forget the knives. They are dangerous and time-consuming. Grab a pair of kitchen scissors and snip, snip, snip. Works great for pizza, pancakes, veggies, fruit or cookies!
The best parenting tip I ever learned was to CUT my kids food with scissors. So simple, and yet there I was with a fork and knife. Making food into small pieces to prevent choking is necessary, but not always fun.
We have a pair of kitchen aid scissors that fit in a magnetic sleeve. We use these scissors for food ONLY. It’s kept on the refrigerator and used every day.
I’m sorry to say it took me a few years before I got scissor savvy. Hopefully, you’re catching this post and getting hip to the game sooner rather than later.

I wouldn’t mess around with little scissors. Get yourself a full size pair of good quality. Us parents have enough to deal with. We need heavy-duty, cut through anything, toddler meal scissors.
