Front Porch Halloween Decor Repurposed
Before you begin, walk around your attic and scout out last years items. Unused bags of spider webs, spooky signs, lights or props can all be repurposed again this year. The best part of Autumn is the more worn something is, the better it looks. It’s the one time of year that peeling paint and nicked wood is not only acceptable, but sought after.
Floating Witches Hat
Scout out your local dollar store for witches hats if you don’t have two to three lying around. I found mine at my local Dollar Tree.
Push an S hook through the top of your black hats and hang them from existing plant chains on your front porch. You could hang your hats with invisible fishing line or string hung from a command strip as well, if you don’t have anything currently in place on your front porch.

Spiders and Skeletons in the Window
These skeleton window clings were about $1.99 at my local department store. Pretty much any big name store will have them. I like how they peek out behind the spider webs, which were simply stretched across the front windows and adorned with plastic spiders. All purchased at the Dollar Tree. They’re a BIG win with the kids.
Mini Pumpkin Witches
Paint the front of your mini pumpkins with non-scary faces and hot glue some mini witch hats on top so they add to your theme. A few large pumpkins can be dressed with large witch hats.
They might even sell these pre-made at your grocery store. That’s where we snagged ours!
Mums in Cauldron Planters
Nothing scream fall (or witch) as loudly as Mums. I purchased this black plastic cauldron for $2.99 and dropped my Mum inside for a quick and easy look.
